About me
I’ve been lifting for over 8 years, and what started as a way to transform from an unathletic middle schooler into a high school football player eventually became a passion for fitness, psychology, performance, and habit change.
After earning my B.Sc. in Neuroscience/Exercise Science and my PN-L1 Nutrition Coaching certification, I began helping busy people build strength, consistency, confidence, and healthier habits through simplified fitness and nutrition coaching built for real life.
My coaching style is centered around simple training, sustainable nutrition, habit psychology, and honest accountability…without the extremes, all-or-nothing mindset, or “perfect lifestyle” approach that burns most people out.
Outside the gym, I enjoy reading fiction, exploring nature, trying new recipes, drawing, and watching movies.
