Meet your coach

Sam Stuebs holds a B.S. Neuroscience / Exercise Science and a PN-L1 Nutrition Coaching Certification.

He built The Reclaim System because he got tired of watching men…himself included…know exactly what to do and still not do it.

He's been lifting for over 8 years. It started as a way to go from an unathletic middle schooler to a high school football player, but somewhere along the way it turned into something bigger. He became fascinated with psychology, performance, and why we do the things we know we shouldn't, and don't do the things we know we should.

If he's honest, though, most of what he actually understands about discipline didn't come from any of that studying. It came from noticing, over and over, that knowledge and execution are two completely different things.

That's the gap The Reclaim System is built to close…with simple training, sustainable nutrition, and honest human accountability. Not an extreme plan. Not some perfect routine you can only keep up for six weeks before life gets in the way.

And he's not trying to help you chase a shredded physique just for the sake of it. He'd be lying if he said abs and biceps weren't still a motivator for him, but that's not the main point anymore. The real goal is closing the gap between the man you know you can be and the one who actually shows up. Fitness is just the clearest place to start proving that to yourself.

He is based in the Milwaukee/Mequon, WI area and coaches clients both in-person locally and online nationwide.

Outside of lifting, he enjoys science fiction, getting out in nature, trying new recipes, drawing superheroes, and watching movies.

Mission

Vision

Helping people realize that real transformation is not about extreme motivation or perfect routines. It is about accountability, self-responsibility, simple systems, and learning to think differently about themselves. Through fitness, habit change, and honest conversations, I help men rebuild both their body and identity.

A world where everyday individuals with careers, responsibilities, and families are building strong, capable bodies and creating real habit change. A world where living a healthy, strong, active lifestyle becomes the standard…not the exception.

MY CORE PRINCIPLES

1. Authenticity > Performance

I hate pretending, fake motivating, and living a life that doesn’t feel true to me…I keep it real with my clients.

2. Simplicity Wins

Fitness and nutrition should fit real life. Do less…but more consistently.

3. Imperfect Action Creates Momentum

Progress comes from repeated imperfect effort…not waiting for the perfect plan.

4. Self-Responsibility Builds Freedom

You cannot control everything…but you are responsible for your actions, standards, and choices.

5. Human Accountability Is Essential

People perform better when they are seen, challenged, and held accountable by other REAL people.
